 The most fresh & delicious food around town! Worth the drive from anywhere, Plate D'Azure, Carbondale, Pa. You would think nothing of driving to Scranton or Clarks Summit for dinner, right? Well, just point the car in the other direction & get to Plate D'Azure for lunch or dinner. The most fresh & delicious food around town! Owner/Chef, Bob Miller is getting rave reviews for the best, most fresh food, large portions & great presentation. Take a ride and treat yourself to a world class setting, a meal prepared with the passion and love of the family and the friendliness of the owner.... I have to get back quickly! My friend & I were out on a great summer day in the country and I have been wanting to try Plate D'Azure for a while. It did not disappoint. We had delicious Cobb salads & ice tea. Bob makes everything, including homemade desserts. Truly, I could not decide what to order. They are now open for dinner on Fridays, at least, with a BYOB option. The atmosphere is lovely & comfortable. Get to Plate D'Azure and you won't be disappointed! I give this a 4 out of 4 stars! Linda LaCoste |
